Shoot-A-Fruit Background
So this was my process for painting my background for my "Shoot A Fruit" project.
the green i started with didn't really do it for me. it was too blueish teal looking.
and the brown was really dark, darker than it looks on this picture.

so i put some tan on top of it more or less to get rid of the teal but i ended up liking the edges a lot.
then i added a green on top of it. it's a little bright in this picture, the whole thing is really. but the tan really pulls the brown out of the dark and it really gives an earthy feel which is exactly what i wanted :)
and by-golly, painting is pretty fun :)
